Arab LLC offers US company registration for founders who live in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco and 9 other Arab countries. We form your Wyoming LLC, get your EIN from the IRS, prepare your operating agreement and help you apply for a US bank account and Stripe. If you want to understand the full path before you buy, read our guide on how to form a US LLC from an Arab country. This page covers the service itself: what you get, what it costs, what you send us and what happens at each stage.
The service is built for freelancers, online store owners and software founders who need to get paid in US dollars from clients and customers abroad. You stay in your country for the whole process. Every step is done online, in English or Arabic. If you are still deciding whether a company fits you, read what an LLC is and how it differs from a local company.
What is included in the Arab LLC US company registration service?
The Arab LLC US company registration service includes six items: the Wyoming LLC filing, a registered agent for year 1, the EIN, an operating agreement, help applying for a US bank account and help applying for Stripe.
Each item has a different issuer. The state forms the company, the IRS issues the tax number, and the bank and Stripe decide on your accounts. Arab LLC prepares and submits every file.
| Included in the first year | What it is | Who issues or decides |
|---|---|---|
| Wyoming LLC filing | Articles of Organization filed with the state, state fee paid | Wyoming Secretary of State |
| Registered agent, year 1 | A Wyoming address that receives official mail for your company | Arab LLC |
| EIN | The company's US federal tax number, issued without an SSN | IRS (Form SS-4) |
| Operating agreement | The document that sets out who owns and runs the LLC | Arab LLC |
| US bank account help | We prepare and submit your application | The bank decides |
| Stripe help | We prepare and submit your application after the bank account is open | Stripe decides |
The Wyoming state filing fee is $100(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), and it is part of the first-year price. You do not pay it again at filing. A registered agent is required by Wyoming law for every LLC, which is why it is in the package from day one.
What is not included in the Arab LLC formation service?
The Arab LLC formation service does not include approval by a bank, Stripe or PayPal, and it does not include tax filings in your home country. Those decisions and filings belong to the provider and to you.
We list exclusions as clearly as inclusions. A founder who knows the limits of the service makes better decisions about banks, payments and taxes.
| Not included | Why | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Bank, Stripe or PayPal approval | The provider makes the final decision on every application | Bank and Stripe guides below |
| Tax filings in your home country | Your local tax authority sets these rules | A licensed accountant where you live |
| Yearly US Form 5472 filing | It is a yearly filing, separate from formation | Our Form 5472 filing service |
Approval is the most common question we receive. We prepare the company, the EIN and the documents in the form that banks and Stripe ask for, and we submit the applications with you. We do not tell you that an approval is certain, because no formation service controls a bank's or Stripe's decision. If a bank says no, we apply to another bank. The company and the EIN stay yours in every case.
How much does US LLC formation with Arab LLC cost?
US LLC formation with Arab LLC costs $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year. The price is the same for every Arab country we serve, and the Wyoming state fee is part of the total, not an extra line at checkout.
The first-year price has two parts. The service fee pays for our work: the filing, the registered agent, the EIN application, the operating agreement and the bank and Stripe application help. The state fee goes to Wyoming.
| Cost line | What it pays for | Paid to |
|---|---|---|
| Service fee | Filing, registered agent for year 1, EIN application, operating agreement, bank and Stripe application help | Arab LLC |
| State filing fee | The Articles of Organization filing | Wyoming Secretary of State |
| First-year total | Both lines above, shown as one price before you pay |
In numbers, the first year is $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year.
From the second year, Wyoming charges an annual report fee. The Wyoming annual report costs $60 minimum per year(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), paid to the state. You can see the full price, including renewal, on our pricing page, which lists every line before you pay. Our US LLC cost guide for Arab founders compares year 1 and year 2 costs line by line.
What documents do you need for a US LLC formation from an Arab country?
You need four things for a US LLC formation from an Arab country: a valid passport, your current home address, three name options for the company, and a short description of your business activity.
You do not need notarized documents. You do not need translations. You do not need a US visa or a US address of your own, because the registered agent provides the Wyoming address.
We ask for three name options because Wyoming accepts a new name only if it is distinguishable from the names already on the state register. If your first choice is taken, we move to the second, then the third. The name ends with "LLC" or another ending that Wyoming allows.
The business activity matters for the bank and for Stripe, not only for the state. A clear description, such as "online store selling handmade goods" or "software subscriptions for small businesses", makes the bank and Stripe review easier to pass. Our guide to the documents required for a US LLC shows examples for each document.
Non-residents get an EIN with IRS Form SS-4 without an SSN(Source: IRS Form SS-4 instructions). The IRS publishes the form and its instructions on irs.gov. You sign the application, and we prepare and submit it for you.
How does the Arab LLC formation process work, step by step?
The Arab LLC formation process has five stages in a fixed order: you send your details, we file the LLC in Wyoming, we apply for the EIN, we prepare the company documents, and we submit your bank and Stripe applications.
Each stage starts when the stage before it is finished. The state must approve the company before the IRS can issue an EIN. The bank needs the EIN before it opens an account. Stripe needs the bank account before it can pay you out.
| Stage | What happens | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | You pay and send your passport, address, three name options and business activity | You |
| 2 | We file the Articles of Organization with Wyoming | Wyoming Secretary of State |
| 3 | We apply for the EIN with Form SS-4, no SSN needed | IRS |
| 4 | We prepare the operating agreement and your company file | Arab LLC |
| 5 | We submit bank applications, then the Stripe application | The bank, then Stripe |
At each stage you receive the document that proves it is done: the state filing, the EIN letter from the IRS, the signed operating agreement, and the bank's account details. You keep a full copy of your company file.
The state, the IRS and each bank set their own pace. We tell you which stage your company is at and who we are waiting for. We do not guess at dates that belong to a government office or a bank.
Why does Arab LLC form your US company in Wyoming?
Arab LLC forms your US company in Wyoming because Wyoming costs less to form and to keep, and it has no state income tax and no franchise tax on LLCs. Delaware suits founders who raise money from US investors with a C-Corp.
| Wyoming LLC | Delaware LLC | |
|---|---|---|
| State filing fee | $100 | Set by the Delaware Division of Corporations |
| Yearly state charge | Annual report from $60 | $300 flat annual tax |
| State income tax on the LLC | None | Not covered on this page |
| Franchise tax on LLCs | None | The $300 annual LLC tax |
Wyoming has no state income tax and no franchise tax on LLCs(Source: Wyoming Department of Revenue). Delaware charges LLCs a $300 flat annual tax(Source: 6 Del. Code § 18-1107). For a founder who sells online and does not raise US venture money, Wyoming keeps yearly state costs lower. The Wyoming Secretary of State publishes its fees on sos.wyo.gov.
A Wyoming LLC can sell to customers in any US state and in any country. The state of formation decides your yearly state fees and filings. It does not limit where you do business.
What US tax filings does a US LLC owned from an Arab country have?
A single-member US LLC owned by a non-resident is a disregarded entity for US federal tax, and it files Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120 every year. Your home-country tax obligations still apply to you.
Foreign-owned single-member LLCs file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120(Source: Treas. Reg. § 1.6038A-1; IRS instructions). The penalty for a missing Form 5472 is $25,000 per form per year(Source: IRC § 6038A(d); IRS Form 5472 instructions). The IRS explains the filing on its Form 5472 page. Our Form 5472 filing service files it for you each year, as a separate service from formation.
US-formed LLCs are exempt from BOI reporting since 21 March 2025(Source: FinCEN interim final rule, 90 FR 13688), under FinCEN's interim final rule. The US LLC tax guide for Arab founders covers the US side and the home-country side in detail. This page is general information, not tax advice. Speak to a licensed accountant in your country before you decide how to pay yourself from the company.
Which Arab countries can use the Arab LLC formation service?
Founders who live in 13 Arab countries can use the Arab LLC formation service: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Mauritania and Djibouti.
| Gulf | North Africa | Levant and Horn of Africa |
|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | Egypt | Jordan |
| United Arab Emirates | Morocco | Djibouti |
| Kuwait | Algeria | |
| Qatar | Tunisia | |
| Oman | Mauritania | |

These are the countries where US digital banks and Stripe accept residents in practice. We do not serve residents of countries under US sanctions or countries whose residents US banks reject in most cases. This protects you from paying for a company that cannot open a bank account. We review the list every 6 months.
Each country has its own rules for documents, bank acceptance and home taxes. The US LLC guides by Arab country cover each one, including a US LLC from Saudi Arabia, a US LLC from the UAE and a US LLC from Egypt.
What happens after Arab LLC forms your US company?
After Arab LLC forms your US company and the EIN arrives, we prepare and submit your US bank account application, and then your Stripe application in the company's name.
The bank account comes first. Digital banks such as Mercury and Relay take applications from non-resident owners online. Our guide to opening a US bank account from an Arab country explains what each bank asks for. If you only need help with this stage, see the US bank account service.
Stripe comes after the bank account is open. As of October 2026, residents of many Arab countries cannot open a Stripe account in their own name, and a US LLC lets you apply as a US company instead. Stripe publishes its country list on its global availability page, and our Stripe availability tracker by country shows the date of each check. The Stripe setup service and the guide to Stripe and payment gateways for Arab founders cover this stage and the alternatives when Stripe says no.
How does Arab LLC work with you during your US LLC formation?
Arab LLC works with you in English or Arabic at every stage of your US LLC formation. A person checks your details, answers your questions and tells you which stage your company is at.
We follow a short set of rules. We show the full price, including the state fee, before you pay. We do not promise bank, Stripe or PayPal approval. We do not sell tax shortcuts, and we tell you about your home-country tax obligations from the start. Arab LLC is an independent company. You can read more about Arab LLC and how we work, including the rules we follow on every file.
If you have a question about your country, your business type or your payment setup before you start, contact Arab LLC and ask. We tell you plainly whether we can serve you before you pay anything. The price stays the same for every country we serve: $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year.
