The Arab LLC Stripe setup service helps founders in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco and 9 other Arab countries apply for Stripe in the name of their US LLC. We prepare the company file, check your website against the points Stripe reviews, and submit the application once your US bank account is open. Stripe reviews the file and makes the final decision.

If you want the full picture of payment options first, read our guide to Stripe for non US residents in Arab countries. This page covers the service itself: what we prepare, what Stripe asks for, what it costs and what happens if Stripe says no.

What does the Arab LLC Stripe setup service include?

The Arab LLC Stripe setup service includes four tasks: we check your company documents, review your website, prepare the Stripe application in your LLC's name and submit it with you. Stripe decides on the account.

Each task has a clear owner. We do the preparation work. You sign in to Stripe, confirm your identity and answer questions about your business. Stripe runs its own review and decides.

The service is part of the first-year package of the US LLC formation service. It starts after the company exists, the EIN is issued and the bank account is open.

Who is the Arab LLC Stripe setup service for?

The Stripe setup service is for founders in Arab countries who sell online and need card payments, but who cannot open a Stripe account as residents of their own country.

As of October 2026, Stripe lists the UAE as a supported country, while residents of many other Arab countries cannot open a Stripe account in their own name. Stripe publishes the current list on its global availability page. Our Stripe availability tracker by country shows each Arab country with the date of the last check.

A US LLC changes the question Stripe asks. You apply as a company registered in the United States, with a US bank account and an EIN, and Stripe reviews the company and its owner. It does not remove the review. It opens the door to applying.

Founder typeWhat Stripe on a US LLC gives you

Software or app founderMonthly subscriptions in USD

Agency or freelancerCard payments on client invoices

What does Stripe ask for when a US LLC applies?

Stripe asks a US LLC for the company's legal details and EIN, a description of what it sells, a working website, the identity of the owner and a US bank account for payouts.

Stripe uses this information to confirm that the company is real and that the person behind it is who they say they are. The details must match across every document, because Stripe compares them with each other.

Non-residents get an EIN with IRS Form SS-4 without an SSN(Source: IRS Form SS-4 instructions), so a Stripe application from an Arab country uses the company's EIN. Stripe also publishes a list of prohibited and restricted businesses. We read your business description against that list before you apply.

How does the Arab LLC Stripe setup work, stage by stage?

The Arab LLC Stripe setup runs in five stages in a fixed order: company and EIN, bank account, website review, Stripe application, then Stripe's review and decision.

Order matters. Stripe pays out to a bank account, so the application stops at the payout step if the account does not exist yet. That is why the US business bank account service comes first.

StageWhat happensWho decides
1Wyoming forms the LLC and the IRS issues the EINWyoming Secretary of State, IRS
2We apply for your US business bank accountThe bank
3We review your website and you fix what is missingYou
4We prepare the Stripe application and you submit it on StripeYou and Arab LLC
5Stripe reviews the company, the owner and the websiteStripe

We do not give you dates for stages that depend on the state, the IRS, a bank or Stripe, because we do not control their schedules. We tell you which stage your file has reached and whose answer we are waiting for. If your bank application is declined, read the guide to a rejected bank application before you apply again.

How much does the Arab LLC Stripe setup service cost?

Stripe setup help is included in the Arab LLC first-year package, which costs $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year. There is no separate charge for preparing and submitting your Stripe application.

The Arab LLC first-year price is $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497(Source: Arab LLC pricing). The Wyoming LLC state filing fee is $100(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), and it is the state's part of that total. The Arab LLC pricing page lists every line of the price.

Stripe does not charge to open an account. It charges a fee on each payment, published on Stripe's pricing page. Your bank and your home bank charge their own fees for transfers. From year two, the Wyoming annual report costs $60 minimum per year(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State).

What does your website need before the Arab LLC Stripe setup?

Your website needs real products or services with prices, a refund policy, terms of service, a contact page and the company's legal name. Stripe reads the site before it approves an account.

A complete site helps Stripe understand what you sell and how customers reach you. A site under construction, or a single page with a payment button, gives Stripe little to review. We check the site with you before the application goes in.

Website itemWhy Stripe looks at it
Products or services with pricesShows what customers pay for
Refund and cancellation policyShows how disputes are handled
Terms of serviceSets the rules of the sale
Contact page with an email addressShows customers can reach you
Company legal name in the footerMatches the company to the account
Same business description as the bankKeeps the file consistent

Use one business description everywhere. If your bank application says you build websites and your Stripe application says you sell clothes, the review flags the difference. The guide to the documents required for a US LLC lists every document and how to prepare it.

What happens if Stripe declines or restricts your US LLC account?

If Stripe declines or restricts your account, we read Stripe's reason with you, fix the file where the reason allows it, and look at other payment routes. Stripe's decision is final for that application.

Stripe decides on every account, and no one can guarantee approval. A decline does not affect your company, your EIN or your US bank account. They stay yours and keep working.

Some reasons can be fixed, such as a missing refund policy or a business description that does not match the website. Some cannot, such as a product on Stripe's restricted list. When Stripe asks for more documents, we help you prepare them.

Other routes exist for receiving money. PayPal Business, Payoneer and direct bank transfers to your US account each fit different businesses. The guide to Stripe, PayPal and Payoneer for Arab businesses compares them. To move the money home after it arrives, read the guide to moving money out of a US LLC.

What does Stripe setup on a US LLC mean for your taxes?

Stripe setup on a US LLC does not change your tax position by itself. Your single-member US LLC files Form 5472 every year, and your home country still taxes you under its own rules.

A single-member US LLC owned by a non-resident is a disregarded entity for US federal tax. Foreign-owned single-member LLCs file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120(Source: Treas. Reg. § 1.6038A-1; IRS instructions), and Stripe payouts into the company's bank account are part of the year's records. The penalty for a missing Form 5472 is $25,000 per form per year(Source: IRC § 6038A(d); IRS Form 5472 instructions).

Stripe payouts are company income. Keep every Stripe payout report with your bank statements, so the yearly filing and your records at home show the same figures. Ask an accountant in your country how your local rules treat the profits before the first transfer home. The guide to US LLC taxes for owners abroad covers both sides, and Form 5472 explained shows what the form reports. This page is general information, not tax advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is Stripe available in my country?

It depends on the country and changes over time. Stripe supports the UAE directly, while residents of many Arab countries cannot open a local account. Our Stripe availability tracker shows each country with the date of the last check.

How do I move profits to my country?

From the US bank account to your local account by wire, or through services such as Wise. Costs and limits depend on your country's currency rules. Each country page explains them.

Do I need to travel to the US?

No. Formation, the EIN and applications to digital banks such as Mercury and Relay are done fully online.

Which countries do you serve?

13 countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Mauritania and Djibouti. We do not currently serve countries under US sanctions or countries whose residents US banks do not accept. We review the list every 6 months.

What if my bank application is rejected?

We apply to more than one bank. If one rejects you, we help improve the file and apply elsewhere. The company and EIN stay yours either way.
