This page explains how to contact Arab LLC, what to prepare before you start your US company and what happens after you start. For an overview of what we do, see the Arab LLC home page.
Why did Get Started bring me to the Arab LLC contact page?
Every Get Started button on arabllc.com leads to this contact page because online checkout for Arab LLC is being set up. When checkout is ready, the payment link appears on this page and the Get Started buttons open it directly.
We would rather tell you this plainly than show a payment form that does not work yet. We do not give a launch date here, because we publish dates only once they are fixed.
This page is still useful while you wait. Below you can see the four items formation needs, the full first-year price, the stages that follow once you start, and the guides that answer the questions most founders ask before they pay. If you prepare the four items now, your file is ready on the day checkout opens and you can start in one step.
When does the Arab LLC WhatsApp line open?
The Arab LLC WhatsApp line is being set up. Its number will appear on this page and on the WhatsApp buttons across the site once the line is live, and not before.
This matters for your safety. Until the number is on this page, Arab LLC has no WhatsApp account that talks to clients. If someone messages you on WhatsApp in the name of Arab LLC and their number is not shown here, it is not us. Do not send them your passport or any payment.
The same rule applies after launch. The only Arab LLC WhatsApp number is the one printed on this page, and every WhatsApp button on the site opens that number and no other. If you receive a different number, come back to this page and check it before you reply. Arab LLC never asks for a card number, a bank password or a Stripe login in a chat, on WhatsApp or anywhere else.
What should I prepare before I start with Arab LLC?
Prepare four items before you start with Arab LLC: a valid passport, your current home address, three name options for the company and a short description of your business activity. You do not need notarized or translated documents.
Passport. A clear color scan of the photo page. The name on the passport is the name that appears on the state filing, the operating agreement and the EIN application, so it must be valid and readable.
Home address. Your current address where you live now. The IRS asks for it on Form SS-4 and banks check it during their review. Keep a utility bill or bank statement in your name ready, because banks ask for proof of address.
Three name options. Wyoming accepts a new name only if it is distinguishable from the names already on the state register. If your first choice is taken, we move to the second, then the third. Each name ends with "LLC" or "Limited Liability Company".
Business activity. One or two plain sentences, such as "online store selling handmade goods" or "software subscriptions for small businesses". Use the same wording in every application. The guide to the documents required for a US LLC shows examples for each item.
What does the Arab LLC service cost?
The Arab LLC service costs $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year. The price is the same for every Arab country we serve, and the state fee is part of the total, not an extra line.
The first-year price covers the Wyoming LLC filing, a registered agent for year 1, the EIN application, the operating agreement, and help applying for a US bank account and for Stripe. The Wyoming state filing fee is $100(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), and it goes to the state. The service fee pays for our work on every other item.
Approval of a bank account or a Stripe account is not part of the price, because no formation service controls that decision. We prepare and submit the applications, and the bank or Stripe decides. The yearly US Form 5472 filing is a separate service. From the second year, Wyoming charges an annual report fee. The Wyoming annual report costs $60 minimum per year(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), paid to the state. The Arab LLC pricing page lists every line for year 1 and year 2.
What happens after I start with Arab LLC?
After you start with Arab LLC, your company moves through five stages in a fixed order: your details, the Wyoming filing, the EIN, the company documents, and the bank and Stripe applications.
| Stage | What happens | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | You send your passport, address, three name options and business activity | You |
| 2 | We file the Articles of Organization with Wyoming | Wyoming Secretary of State |
| 3 | We apply for the EIN with Form SS-4 | IRS |
| 4 | We prepare the operating agreement and your company file | Arab LLC |
| 5 | We submit bank applications, then the Stripe application | The bank, then Stripe |
Each stage starts when the stage before it is finished. The state must approve the company before the IRS can issue an EIN, and the bank needs the EIN before it opens an account. Non-residents get an EIN with IRS Form SS-4 without an SSN(Source: IRS Form SS-4 instructions).
The state, the IRS and each bank set their own pace, so we do not quote dates that belong to them. We tell you which stage your company is at and who we are waiting for. At each stage you receive the document that proves it is done. The Arab LLC formation service page explains every stage in detail.
What should I tell Arab LLC about how I get paid?
Tell Arab LLC your country of residence, what your business sells and how your customers pay you. These three facts tell us which bank and payment options fit your case.
How you get paid matters most. A freelancer paid by platforms such as Upwork has a different case from a store owner who needs a payment gateway, and both differ from a company that invoices clients abroad. Each case has its own route. Some people do not need a US company at all, and we tell you so if that is your case.
If you already have a US company formed elsewhere and need help with a bank account or Stripe, tell us the state, the formation date and whether you have an EIN. The US bank account guide explains what each bank asks for, so you can see which details matter before you write. Also tell us the currency you want to receive and whether you need to move the money to your account at home, and whether your customers are inside or outside the United States.
Which Arab LLC pages answer common questions before I write?
Arab LLC pages answer the most common questions in full, so you can read first and write to us with what is left. Pages that are not live yet appear as plain text and switch on as we publish them.

Does Arab LLC answer questions about taxes in my country?
Arab LLC answers questions about US filings, such as Form 5472, but does not give tax advice for your home country. A US company does not remove tax you owe where you live.
Examples are UAE corporate tax, or zakat and income tax in Saudi Arabia. Each country has its own rules for income earned through a foreign company, and those rules decide what you report at home. For home-country tax, speak to a licensed local accountant before you decide how to structure your business and how to pay yourself from the company. The US LLC tax guide covers the US side and lists the home-country questions to take to your accountant, such as how company profits count in your personal income and which records they need from you.
On the US side, the filing founders ask us about most is Form 5472. Foreign-owned single-member LLCs file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120(Source: Treas. Reg. § 1.6038A-1; IRS instructions) every year, and this yearly filing is a separate service from formation.
