The Arab LLC US business bank account service is the part of our work that takes your new LLC from "company formed" to "application submitted" at a US bank. We prepare the company file, write the business description with you, check every detail, and submit the application to a provider that accepts residents of your country. The bank reviews the file and makes the decision.
If you want to understand how a US bank account for non-residents works before you start, read our full guide first. This page covers the service only: what we do, what you send, what it costs and what happens after you apply.
The service is built for LLC owners who live in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco and 9 other Arab countries. You apply from home, online, in English or Arabic. You do not travel and you do not need a US address of your own.
What does the Arab LLC US business bank account service include?
The Arab LLC US business bank account service includes six tasks: a bank-ready company file, a business description drafted with you, a provider check for your country, the application itself, help with follow-up questions, and a second application if needed.
Each task has one owner. We do the preparation and the submission. You answer the bank's questions about yourself and your clients. The bank reviews and decides.
| Task | What we do | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| Company file | Collect the Articles of Organization, EIN letter, operating agreement and US address in one set | Arab LLC |
| Business description | Write with you what you sell, to whom, from which countries, and the expected monthly volume | You approve it |
| Provider check | Confirm the provider accepts residents of your country and your business type before we apply | The provider's own policy |
| Application | Fill in and submit the online application in the company's name | The bank |
| Follow-up questions | Help you answer the bank's questions with proof, such as a contract or website | The bank |
| Second application | Prepare a backup account, or a new file after a rejection | The second provider |
The tasks follow a fixed order. A file goes to the bank only after every name, address and number matches across all documents.
What does the Arab LLC bank account service not include?
The Arab LLC bank account service does not include the bank's approval, the bank's own fees, or decisions about limits, reviews and closures. Those belong to the bank. We prepare and submit, and the bank decides.
We state the limits of the service as clearly as its contents. A founder who knows where our work stops plans better.
| Not included | Why | What we do instead |
|---|---|---|
| Approval of the account | The bank makes the final decision on every file | We fix the file with you and apply to another provider |
| Bank fees and limits | Each provider sets its own fees and transfer limits | We show you where the provider publishes them |
| Account reviews after opening | The provider runs its own reviews under its own policy | We help you prepare the documents it asks for |
| Personal bank accounts | The account belongs to the LLC, not to you | We apply in the company's name only |
| Tax filings in your home country | Your local tax authority sets these rules | We point you to a licensed accountant where you live |
No formation service controls a bank's decision. Any service that says otherwise is describing something it does not own. What we control is the quality of the file, and that is where our work goes.
Which banks does Arab LLC apply to for your US LLC?
Arab LLC applies to digital providers that accept LLC owners who live abroad, most often Mercury, Relay and Wise Business. We pick the provider for your country and business type before we submit.
Mercury and Relay are financial technology companies that hold deposits at partner banks. Wise Business gives your company USD account details and balances in other currencies. Each one sets its own rules for countries and business types, and those rules change, so we check the current policy before each file.
| Provider | Role in your setup | Why we choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Mercury | Primary USD account | Online application for LLC owners abroad, payouts from payment platforms |
| Relay | Primary or second USD account | Online application, sub-accounts for budgeting |
| Wise Business | Second account | USD details plus transfers to your home country |
We plan two accounts for every company: one primary and one backup. If the first provider reviews or freezes the account, the second keeps your income moving. Our comparison of US banks for founders in Arab countries covers fees and rules provider by provider.
What documents does the Arab LLC bank account service need from you?
The Arab LLC bank account service needs four things from you: a valid passport, proof of your home address, a short description of your business, and a website or profile that shows the business is real.
The company documents come from the formation. If you formed with us, we already hold the Articles of Organization, the EIN letter and the operating agreement. Non-residents get an EIN with IRS Form SS-4 without an SSN(Source: IRS Form SS-4 instructions), so you do not need an SSN or an ITIN for the applications we submit.
Under 31 CFR 1010.230, a US bank must identify each person who owns 25% or more of the company, plus one person who controls it. That is why the bank asks for your passport even though the account belongs to the LLC. If your company has two owners with 50% each, both send a passport.
The website does not need to be large. One page with your products or services, your contact details and your company name is enough to show the bank what you do. Our guide to the documents required for a US LLC shows examples for each item.
How much does the Arab LLC US bank account service cost?
The Arab LLC US bank account service is part of the formation price: $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year. The bank application help is not an extra line at checkout.
The first-year price covers the Wyoming filing, the registered agent for year 1, the EIN, the operating agreement, and help applying for a US bank account and for Stripe. The Arab LLC first-year price is $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497(Source: Arab LLC pricing). The Wyoming LLC state filing fee is $100(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), and it is inside that total.
| Cost line | Paid to | Included in the first-year price |
|---|---|---|
| Bank file preparation and submission | Arab LLC | Yes |
| Second application after a rejection | Arab LLC | Yes |
| Wyoming state filing fee | Wyoming Secretary of State | Yes |
| Bank account fees | The bank | No, set by each provider |
| Wyoming annual report from year 2 | Wyoming Secretary of State | No, it is a yearly state fee |
The Wyoming annual report costs $60 minimum per year(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State), paid to the state from the second year. The Arab LLC pricing page lists every line of the price, including the renewal, before you pay.
How does the Arab LLC bank application process work, step by step?
The Arab LLC bank application process has five steps: we check the provider, build the file, write the description with you, submit the application, and help you answer the bank's questions until it decides.
| Step | What happens | Who acts |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | We confirm which provider accepts your country and your business type | Arab LLC |
| 2 | We put the Articles, EIN letter, operating agreement and US address into one file | Arab LLC |
| 3 | We write the business description with you and you approve it | You and Arab LLC |
| 4 | We submit the online application in the company's name | Arab LLC |
| 5 | The bank asks questions or requests a video check, and you answer with our help | You and the bank |
Step 5 is where most files stall. Banks ask about your clients, your expected monthly sales in USD, the countries money comes from, and where your starting funds came from. Before step 4 we prepare short written answers with you, so the details on the application and in your replies match.
If the bank asks for a video check, hold the same passport you uploaded, sit in a quiet place with clear light, and give the same details you wrote on the application. The bank sets its own pace. We tell you who we are waiting for and we do not guess at dates that belong to the bank.
What happens if a US bank rejects your Arab LLC application?
If a US bank rejects your application, the company and the EIN stay yours. We find the cause with you, fix the file and apply to another provider, as part of the same service.
A rejection is a decision about one file at one provider. Banks do not always give a reason, but the causes we see fall into a few groups: a vague business description, no website, details that differ between documents, a country the provider does not accept, or no answer on where the money comes from.
| What we check after a rejection | What we change |
|---|---|
| Business description | Name the product, the clients and the countries you sell to |
| Online presence | Add a simple site or store page with real contact details |
| Matching details | Align every document with the Articles and the passport |
| Provider rules | Move to a provider that accepts your country and activity |
Our guide on what to do when a US bank rejects your application explains each cause with examples. We do not tell you the second application will pass. We tell you what changed in the file and why.
What happens after your US LLC bank account opens with Arab LLC?
After your US LLC bank account opens, we help you open the backup account and then submit your Stripe application in the company's name. Stripe makes its own decision.
Stripe pays out to a US bank account in the company's name, which is why the bank comes first. As of October 2026, residents of many Arab countries cannot open a Stripe account in their own name, and a US LLC lets them apply as a US company. Stripe lists its countries on its global availability page. The Stripe setup service covers that stage, and our guide to Stripe and payment gateways for Arab founders covers the options when Stripe says no.
Once money arrives, you will want to move profit home. Our guide to moving money from your US LLC to your home country explains wires, Wise and currency rules. Freelancers paid by clients abroad can read the US LLC guide for freelancers for the payout routes that fit their work.
What US tax filings come with a US LLC bank account?
A US LLC bank account does not create a tax by itself, but the company still has a yearly US filing. A foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 every year, and your home-country tax rules still apply to you.
Foreign-owned single-member LLCs file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120(Source: Treas. Reg. § 1.6038A-1; IRS instructions). That form reports money moving between you and the company, and your bank statements are the main source for those numbers. The penalty for a missing Form 5472 is $25,000 per form per year(Source: IRC § 6038A(d); IRS Form 5472 instructions). The IRS explains the form on its Form 5472 page, and our Form 5472 explainer covers it in plain words.
Wyoming has no state income tax and no franchise tax on LLCs(Source: Wyoming Department of Revenue). The US LLC tax guide for Arab founders covers the US side and the home-country side. Keep business money and personal money in separate accounts from the first day, because clean statements make every filing easier.
Who can use the Arab LLC US business bank account service?
The Arab LLC US business bank account service is open to founders who form their Wyoming LLC with us and live in one of 13 Arab countries, from Saudi Arabia and the UAE to Mauritania and Djibouti.
The bank help is built into our US LLC formation service, because the file we send to the bank starts at formation. The company name, the address and the business activity are set once and used everywhere. If you already own a US LLC formed elsewhere, contact Arab LLC with your company details and we will tell you plainly whether we can take on the bank file.
We do not serve residents of countries under US sanctions, or countries whose residents US banks reject in most cases. This protects you from paying for a company that cannot open an account. If you are still at the start, read our guide on how to form a US LLC from an Arab country. To see the rules we follow on every file, read about Arab LLC and how we work.
