$397 + $100 state fee = $497

  • 13 Arab countries served
  • No trip to the US
  • English and Arabic

Quick answer

Arab LLC publishes its refund rule on this page before online checkout opens. The $100 Wyoming state fee goes to the state when we file and the state does not return it. Banks and Stripe make their own decisions.

This refund policy applies to every order placed with Arab LLC. It explains what each part of the price pays for and who receives it, which money has gone to a third party at each stage of an order, and how to ask for a refund.

What is the Arab LLC refund rule?

Arab LLC publishes its full refund rule here before online checkout opens. No order is taken before then.

Some parts of a refund do not depend on Arab LLC and are already fixed. The $100 Wyoming state fee goes to the state once we file, and the state does not return it. A company that the state has formed stays formed until you close it. A bank or Stripe decision belongs to the provider. The sections below explain each of these facts, so you can read the rule against them when it appears.

What does the Arab LLC price pay for?

The Arab LLC price has two parts: $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year. Each part pays for something different, and each goes to a different place.

Part of the priceAmountWho receives itWhat it pays for
Service fee$397Arab LLCFiling, EIN request, operating agreement, registered agent for year 1, help applying for a bank account and Stripe
Wyoming state fee$100State of WyomingThe state's charge to file your LLC

The Wyoming filing fee is $100(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State). We pay it to the Wyoming Secretary of State when we submit your filing. From that moment the fee is with the state, not with Arab LLC.

What stages does an Arab LLC order go through?

An Arab LLC order goes through five stages. The stage your order has reached when you ask for a refund shows what work has been done and what money has already gone to a third party.

StageWhat happensWho decides
1. PaymentYou pay Arab LLC for the orderYou
2. ReviewWe check your details and documents before filingArab LLC
3. State filingWe file the LLC and pay the $100 state feeState of Wyoming
4. EINWe request the EIN with Form SS-4IRS
5. Bank and StripeWe prepare and submit your applicationsThe bank or Stripe

Non-residents get an EIN with IRS Form SS-4 without an SSN(Source: IRS Form SS-4 instructions).

At the review stage we check that your passport is valid, that your address is complete, and the three name options and business activity. An error in these details delays the state filing, so we fix it with you before we pay the state fee. Before the state filing, the $100 state fee has not left Arab LLC. After the state filing, it is with the state.

Who decides on the bank and Stripe applications of an Arab LLC client?

The bank or Stripe decides, not Arab LLC. We never promise approval. We prepare the company, the EIN and the documents the way the provider asks for them, and we submit the application. The provider makes the final decision.

If one bank rejects your application, we help improve the file and apply to another bank. The company and the EIN stay yours either way, and you can use them to apply to other providers.

This is why we advise every client to hold two accounts, not one: a primary US business account and a backup, such as Mercury or Relay together with Wise Business. If one provider rejects the application or closes the account later, your income does not stop, because the second account still works. We call this the Bank Stack Strategy, and we help you apply for both accounts as part of the service.

What happens to an Arab LLC company after the state forms it?

After the State of Wyoming forms the company, the company exists in your name. A formed company cannot be "un-filed". You can keep it and use it, or you can close it through the state's dissolution process.

The company also carries yearly duties while it exists. The Wyoming annual report starts at $60 per year(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State). A foreign-owned single-member LLC also files a yearly form with the IRS. Foreign-owned single-member LLCs file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120(Source: Treas. Reg. § 1.6038A-1; IRS instructions). If you decide to close the company, tell us, and we explain the steps.

What does the Arab LLC service fee buy if a provider says no?

The Arab LLC service fee pays for work, not for a result that a third party controls. The work is the state filing, the EIN request, the operating agreement, the registered agent for year 1 and the preparation and submission of your bank and Stripe applications.

That work produces things you keep whatever a provider decides: a Wyoming LLC registered in your name, an EIN issued by the IRS and an operating agreement for the company. These are the same documents any US bank or payment provider asks for. A rejection by one provider does not cancel them, and you can use them to apply elsewhere.

This is why we state the price as $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year, and never as a price for an approval. No honest formation service can sell an approval, because no formation service makes that decision.

What is not included in the Arab LLC service fee?

The Arab LLC service fee does not include duties that start after year 1 or services sold separately. Knowing these items before you pay avoids confusion if you later ask for a refund.

ItemIncluded in year 1?Details
Wyoming annual reportNo, starts in year 2State fee from $60 per year

An ITIN (Form W-7) can be processed through an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent(Source: IRS Form W-7 instructions). The yearly filing is explained on the Arab LLC Form 5472 service page.

How do I ask Arab LLC for a refund?

You ask Arab LLC for a refund in writing through the contact page. Include your full name, your order reference and the reason for your request.

We confirm that we received the request and tell you which stage your order has reached. We then apply the refund rule on this page and explain the result and the amount to you in writing.

Keep your payment receipt, your order reference and your written messages with us. These records shorten the review, because they show the payment date, the payment method and the stage your order had reached on the day you asked. Keep any proof of payment that your bank or card provider gives you too.

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. Most billing questions, such as a missing receipt or a card that was charged twice by mistake, are faster to solve directly with us.

When does Arab LLC publish the renewal price?

Arab LLC publishes the renewal price for year two on this page and on the Arab LLC pricing page before online checkout opens. You see the cost of year two before you commit to year one.

Where can I read the other Arab LLC policies?

The other Arab LLC policies are the Arab LLC terms of service, which set out the service and both sides' duties, and the Arab LLC privacy policy, which explains what data we collect and why.

Questions about this refund policy go through the contact page. The date at the bottom of this page shows when the policy last changed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

$397 for our service plus the $100 Wyoming state fee: $497 for the first year. That includes formation, registered agent for year one, EIN, and help applying for a US bank account and Stripe. The yearly renewal price is shown before you pay.

What if my bank application is rejected?

We apply to more than one bank. If one rejects you, we help improve the file and apply elsewhere. The company and EIN stay yours either way.

What is the Form 5472 penalty?

$25,000 per form per year under IRC § 6038A. Our Form 5472 service files it for you.

What documents do I need?

A valid passport, your current address, three name options and your business activity. No notarized or translated documents.

Which countries do you serve?

13 countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Mauritania and Djibouti. We do not currently serve countries under US sanctions or countries whose residents US banks do not accept. We review the list every 6 months.

Can I form a US company while living in an Arab country?

Yes. US law lets non-residents form and fully own an LLC without visiting the US, without a visa and without a Social Security Number. You need a registered agent with an address in the state, which is included in our service.
