This page is about Arab LLC: who we are, who runs the work, how we handle each client file and which countries we serve. If you want the short version of what we sell, the Arab LLC home page has the overview, and the Arab LLC pricing page shows the full price and the renewal.
What is Arab LLC?
Arab LLC is a company formation service that sets up US LLCs in Wyoming for founders, freelancers and online sellers who live in Arab countries. We focus on one problem: getting paid by customers around the world when Stripe or PayPal are limited at home.
A US LLC gives you a company that US banks and payment providers can work with. We file the company with the state, get the Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS, prepare the operating agreement and help you apply for a US business bank account and for Stripe. If the term is new to you, start with what an LLC is, then read our full guide on how to form a US LLC from an Arab country.
Our first-year price is $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year.
The renewal price for the second year is not published yet. It appears next to the first-year price on this page and on the pricing page once it is set.
Arab LLC is its own company. It has its own team, accounts and website, and it does not borrow claims from any other business.
Who works at Arab LLC?
Arab LLC is run by a small team with six fixed roles. Each role below has one owner, so you always know who is responsible for which part of your file.
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Founder | Sets the offer, the price and the rules we work by |
| Formation Operations Lead | Files the LLC, the EIN request and the operating agreement |
| Banking and Payments Specialist | Prepares bank and Stripe applications |
| Tax and Compliance Lead | Covers Form 5472 and yearly filings |
| Arabic Editor | Reviews every Arabic page before it goes live |
| English Editor | Reviews every English page before it goes live |
The names and backgrounds of the people in each role are not published yet. They appear on this page, and on every page each person writes or reviews, once they are added. The roles and the rules on this page apply to every file we handle in the meantime.
How does Arab LLC handle a new company?
Arab LLC handles each company in the same four steps, and each step names who makes the decision. We call this the Payment Access Ladder.
- Know what is blocked. We start with your country and your business. Stripe and PayPal rules differ from one Arab country to the next, so we check your case before you pay.
- Form the LLC and get the EIN. We file your company in Wyoming. The Wyoming filing fee is $100(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State). The state approves the filing. Then we request the EIN. Non-residents get an EIN with IRS Form SS-4 without an SSN(Source: IRS Form SS-4 instructions). The IRS issues the number.
- Apply for a US bank account. We prepare your file and submit the application. The bank makes the final decision.
- Apply for Stripe on the LLC. We set up the account the way Stripe asks and help you submit it. Stripe makes the final decision.
We do not promise approvals at steps 3 and 4. We prepare and submit, and the provider decides. If a bank says no, we help improve the file and apply to another bank. The company and the EIN stay yours either way.
Why does Arab LLC form companies in Wyoming?
Arab LLC forms companies in Wyoming because it costs less to form and less to keep each year, which suits a founder who runs the business from outside the US. The filing fee is $100 and the annual report starts at $60.
Wyoming has no state income tax and no franchise tax on LLCs(Source: Wyoming Department of Revenue). Delaware is different. Delaware charges LLCs a flat annual tax of $300(Source: 6 Del. Code § 18-1107). Delaware suits founders who plan to raise money from US funds with a C-Corp, which is not the case for most freelancers and online sellers.
The choice of state does not change what you owe in your country of residence, and it does not remove the yearly filing with the IRS.
Which countries does Arab LLC serve?
Arab LLC serves founders who live in 13 countries: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Mauritania and Djibouti. Each Arab LLC country guide covers the documents, banks and payment options for that country.
We do not serve residents of Syria, Yemen, Sudan or Somalia, because of US sanctions or bank refusals. We also do not serve Iraq, Lebanon, Libya or Palestine, where US banks apply heavy review, or Comoros. This is not a judgment about anyone. It reflects where US banks open accounts for residents in practice, and selling a company that cannot open a bank account helps nobody.
We review the list every 6 months. When a bank or provider changes its rules for a country, we update the list and the country page.
What does Arab LLC include in the first year?
Arab LLC includes the Wyoming LLC filing, a registered agent for the first year, the EIN, the operating agreement and help applying for a US bank account and for Stripe. The price is $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year.
After the first year, Wyoming asks for an annual report. The Wyoming annual report starts at $60 per year(Source: Wyoming Secretary of State). A foreign-owned LLC also files Form 5472 with the IRS each year. The Arab LLC formation service page lists every inclusion and exclusion, and the Form 5472 service explains the yearly filing.
We do not give tax advice for your home country. A US company does not remove tax you owe where you live, so we ask every client to check with a local accountant.
How does Arab LLC talk to clients?
Arab LLC talks to clients in English or Arabic, and a person answers, not a bot. The contact Arab LLC page lists the ways to reach the team.
Online checkout is not open yet. For now, Get Started opens the contact page. Send your country, what you sell and how your customers pay you, and the team replies with the next step and the way to pay. The price is the same.
Our Arabic pages are written for Arabic readers and checked by a native Arabic editor. They are not machine translations. The first time an official term appears, we give the English term after the Arabic one, such as الرقم الضريبي (EIN), because that is the word you will see on bank and IRS documents. If something on a page is unclear in either language, contact the team and we will explain it.
What will Arab LLC never do?
Arab LLC will never promise that a bank, Stripe or PayPal will approve you. No one can honestly promise that, because the provider makes the decision.
We will never sell a "fake" US tax number. The company gets a real EIN from the IRS. We will never tell you a US company removes the tax you owe at home. We will never hide part of the price.
The service fee and the state fee are always shown together, and the renewal price joins them once it is set.
If you ask who operates Arab LLC, we answer truthfully. Our terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy set out the rest in writing.
