This privacy policy explains how Arab LLC handles personal data when you visit arabllc.com, contact us or use our US LLC formation service. It applies to the English and Arabic versions of the site. Read it together with our terms of service and our refund policy.

We write this page in plain language because many of our clients send a passport copy to an organization outside their country for the first time. They have a right to know where each document goes and why.

What personal data does Arab LLC collect?

Arab LLC collects the data you give us to form your company and the minimum technical data needed to run the website. We do not buy data about you from other sources and we do not collect more than the formation work needs.

When you buy the service or ask us to start your company, we collect:

Passport copyBanks and payment providers ask for proof of identity of the owner

Three company name optionsTo check the name and file it with the Wyoming Secretary of State

When you visit the website, we record privacy-friendly analytics with Plausible. Plausible does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. We see totals such as page views, the country of the visit and which button was clicked.

Why does Arab LLC use your data?

Arab LLC uses your data for four purposes: to deliver the service you bought, to answer your questions, to meet legal duties, and to improve the website. Each purpose has a clear limit, set out below.

  1. Delivering the service. We file your Wyoming LLC, apply for your EIN with the IRS, prepare your operating agreement and help you apply for a US bank account and for Stripe. These steps are not possible without your identity documents.
  2. Support. We reply to your WhatsApp messages and emails in English or Arabic and keep a record of the conversation so any team member can help you.
  3. Legal duties. We keep order and payment records that tax and accounting rules require.
  4. Improving the site. We read aggregated analytics, for example which pages lead to a Get Started click. These numbers never identify you.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

Who does Arab LLC share your data with?

Arab LLC shares your data only with the government offices and providers that the formation work needs, and only the part each one needs. No one else receives it.

Government offices. The Wyoming Secretary of State receives the company filing. The registered agent's address appears on public state records, while your home address does not need to. The IRS receives your EIN application. You can read about the EIN process on the IRS website.

Banks and payment providers you choose. When you ask us to help with a bank account or a Stripe application, the bank or provider receives your company documents and identity documents. Each one has its own privacy policy and makes its own decisions about your application.

Our service providers. These companies run parts of our business for us and may only use your data to provide that service:

ProviderWhat it does for Arab LLC
VercelHosts the website
CloudflareDomain name system and network protection
PlausibleCookie-free website analytics
StripeProcesses online card payments
WhatsApp BusinessMessaging with clients
Google WorkspaceEmail and document storage
CRM providerKeeps a record of orders and conversations

We may also share data when a court order or a law requires it. In that case we share only what the order covers.

How does Arab LLC protect your data?

Arab LLC protects your data with access limits, encrypted connections and accounts used only for Arab LLC. Only team members working on your order can open your documents.

The website runs only over HTTPS. Documents are stored in business accounts protected by two-step login. We ask you to send passport copies through the channel we give you for your order, and we never ask for your card number in WhatsApp or email.

No system is free of risk. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you without delay, explain what happened and tell you what we are doing about it.

How long does Arab LLC keep your data?

Arab LLC keeps your data while your company is a client and for as long as accounting and tax rules require after that. When there is no longer a reason to keep it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Some records cannot be deleted by us. The Wyoming Secretary of State keeps public filings for your company, and the IRS keeps its own records of your EIN. These are government records outside our control.

If you stop working with us, you keep every document we prepared for you: the articles of organization, the EIN letter and the operating agreement. Ask us for copies before you close your account with us.

What rights do you have over your data with Arab LLC?

You can ask Arab LLC to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to a use of your data or withdraw consent you gave earlier.

To use any of these rights, use the channel shown on the Arab LLC contact page. The contact page lists our contact channels as soon as each one opens, and it is the only place where Arab LLC publishes them. Write from the email address or phone number linked to your order.

We confirm who you are before we act, so no one else can request your data. We answer every request and explain what we did. If the law requires us to keep a record, we tell you which one and why.

Data protection laws in your country of residence may give you further rights. Examples include the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Nothing in this policy limits a right that your local law gives you.

What data does Arab LLC never ask you for?

Arab LLC never asks you for your card number in a message, your email password, or the login details of your bank account or Stripe account. This data belongs to you alone, and no part of the formation work needs it.

We also do not ask for personal bank statements from your home country, a salary certificate, or notarized or translated documents to form the company. A valid passport, your current address and your business activity are enough. If a bank or a payment provider asks for an extra document during its review, we explain why it is needed and who receives it before you send it.

If someone contacts you in the name of Arab LLC and asks for any of this data, do not reply. Send us a screenshot of the message so we can check it and warn our clients when needed.

Does Arab LLC use cookies?

Arab LLC does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics tool, Plausible, works without cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.

Online checkout on arabllc.com is being set up, so no payment page runs on the site today. When checkout opens, it will use Stripe, which sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. You can read how Stripe handles data in the Stripe privacy policy.

Does Arab LLC transfer your data outside your country?

Yes. Arab LLC forms companies in the United States, so your data travels to the US to reach the state, the IRS and US banks. Some of our service providers store data in the US or in Europe.

We pick providers that protect data in transit and at rest. If your home country requires a specific basis for transfers abroad, tell us and we will explain how your order meets it.

How will Arab LLC tell you about changes to this policy?

Arab LLC posts every change on this page and updates the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we also tell active clients directly, through the channel they use with us, before it applies.

How do you contact Arab LLC about privacy?

You contact Arab LLC about privacy through the channels on our contact page. A person reads every message in English or Arabic.

Our contact channels are being set up. The contact page shows each one as soon as it opens, and it is the only page where Arab LLC publishes them. Until then, you can read what we collect and why on this page, and the contact page lists what to prepare before you start.

Put "Privacy" at the start of your message and say which right you want to use. If your request is about a company we formed for you, add the company name so we can find your file.
