These terms of service apply when you use arabllc.com or buy a service from Arab LLC. By confirming an order with Arab LLC, you accept them. Read them together with our privacy policy and our refund policy.
What service does Arab LLC provide?
Arab LLC forms US limited liability companies in Wyoming for founders who live in Arab countries. We prepare and submit the filings and applications listed below on your behalf. We are a formation service, not a law firm, a bank or a tax adviser.
| Included in the first year | Who makes the final decision |
|---|---|
| Wyoming LLC filing (articles of organization) | Wyoming Secretary of State |
| Registered agent in Wyoming for year one | Arab LLC (arranged by us) |
| EIN application to the IRS (Form SS-4) | IRS |
| Operating agreement for your LLC | You sign it as the owner |
| Help applying for a US business bank account | The bank |
| Help applying for Stripe | Stripe |
The first-year price is $397 service + $100 Wyoming state fee = $497 first year. Services outside this list, such as yearly tax filings, are separate and priced before you order them.
Arab LLC publishes the renewal price for year two on this page before online checkout opens.
What does Arab LLC not promise?
Arab LLC does not promise that a bank, Stripe, PayPal or any other provider will approve your application. We prepare your documents the way each provider asks and submit them with you, but the provider alone decides.
We also do not control how long government offices take. The Wyoming Secretary of State and the IRS work on their own timelines. We tell you each step as it happens and we follow up when a step takes longer than expected.
If a bank rejects an application, we help you improve the file and apply to another bank. Your company and your EIN stay yours in every case.
What are your responsibilities as an Arab LLC client?
You must give Arab LLC true, complete and current information, and you must use your company only for lawful business. The filings carry your name, so wrong details create problems with the state, the IRS and banks.
As the owner, you agree to:
- Provide a valid passport, your real home address and an honest description of your business activity.
- Tell us quickly if any of these details change.
- Answer questions from banks and Stripe truthfully.
- Keep your company in good standing after the first year, including the Wyoming annual report and any IRS filings that apply to you.
- Meet the tax rules of the country where you live.
We may refuse or stop an order if we learn that the information is false, that the business is unlawful, or that the owner lives in a country we do not serve.
How do payments and refunds work with Arab LLC?
Arab LLC takes payment for an order in advance, and the $100 Wyoming state fee is paid to the state when we file. Once the filing is submitted, the state does not return that fee. The service fee pays Arab LLC for the work listed in the table above.
Online checkout at Arab LLC is not open yet. Until it opens, the Get Started button leads to the contact page, and arabllc.com takes no payment.
Arab LLC publishes its full refund rule before online checkout opens.
The full rules are in the refund policy.
What tax duties stay with you after Arab LLC forms your company?
You stay responsible for your own taxes in the US and in your home country. Forming a US company does not remove your duties where you live.
Every foreign-owned single-member LLC files IRS Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120 each year. The penalty for not filing is $25,000 per form per year(Source: IRC § 6038A(d); IRS Form 5472 instructions). Your home country can also tax the income your company earns.
The information on arabllc.com is general information, not tax or legal advice. For advice on your own case, speak to a qualified accountant or lawyer in your country.
Who owns the company and the documents Arab LLC prepares?
You own your company from the day the state approves it. Arab LLC does not hold shares, does not act as a director and does not become a member of your LLC.
The documents we prepare for your company, including the articles of organization, the EIN confirmation letter and the operating agreement, belong to you. We send you copies and you can ask for them again at any time.
The content of arabllc.com, including text, design and the Arab LLC name and logo, belongs to Arab LLC. You may quote short parts with a link to the source page. You may not copy whole pages or present our content as your own.
How does Arab LLC communicate with you during an order?
Arab LLC sends order updates in writing, in English or Arabic, to the contact details you give when you order. These messages form part of the service record.
Please reply from the same email address or phone number that you used for your order. This lets us confirm that requests about your company come from you. We never ask for your card number, your bank login or your Stripe password in a message. If someone asks for these in the name of Arab LLC, do not answer and tell us at once. Official notices from the state or the IRS that reach us as your registered agent are forwarded to you without delay.
How does Arab LLC handle complaints and disputes?
Arab LLC handles every complaint by talking with you first. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, write to us through the contact page and explain the problem. We reply with clear steps to solve it.
We ask you to give us a chance to fix a complaint before you take another route, such as a chargeback with the bank that issued your card. A chargeback stops work on your order and can delay the filing of your company or the request for its EIN. Direct fixes we offer include correcting a detail in the company file, submitting a new bank application after improving the file, explaining a delay at a government office and following it up, or applying the refund policy to your case.
We keep a record of every complaint and what we did about it, and we use these records to improve the service steps for all clients. We do not share the details of your complaint with anyone outside the team working on your order.
How does Arab LLC limit its liability?
Arab LLC is responsible for doing the work you paid for with care. We are not responsible for decisions made by government offices, banks or payment providers, or for losses caused by false information given to us.
Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid Arab LLC for that service. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, for example in cases of fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as government office closures, system outages at the IRS or a provider, or changes in law.
How can Arab LLC stop or change the service?
Arab LLC can stop a service if a client breaks these terms, gives false information, uses the company for unlawful activity, or behaves abusively toward our team. Before we stop, we tell you why, unless the law does not let us.
You can stop working with us at any time. If you stop, your company remains yours. You will then need your own registered agent and you will need to file the yearly reports yourself or through another provider.
We may update these terms. We post every change on this page with a new date. Changes do not apply to an order you already paid for, unless the law requires it.
Which countries does Arab LLC serve?
Arab LLC serves founders who live in 13 countries: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Mauritania and Djibouti. We review this list every 6 months.
We do not serve residents of countries under US sanctions. US banks and payment providers also reject residents of some countries, and we tell you before you pay if this applies to you.
How do you contact Arab LLC about these terms?
Use the details on our contact page. We answer questions about these terms in English and Arabic before and after you buy.
